I have just come across your new image display technology and I have to say I am incredibly impressed! I work in research for new media presentation technologies and have a particular interest in web capabilities.
It seems to be quite new? The ability to view and zoom into images at 100% scale with images that cover the whole screen – is quite amazing. I have not seen this capability before. It must have taken some complex design to have the ability to scale any image to any screen size – especially with the different aspect ratios of images, browsers, and screens?
I think the avoidance of screen clutter and just being able to see and interact with the images – with nothing else on screen – is nothing short of amazing and is the perfect way to large detailed images. We have large monitors and for the first time we have seen high resolution web images fill the entire screen. Most of the time we see images in small boxes with lots of empty space around them! People designing web sites for low resolution screens I suppose? This technology will definitely change the way we experience imagery online in the future, and I think you will have tremendous success with it.
I see your web site is under construction, however, I would be interested to know the cost of your software as I would like to evaluate it for the purpose of my research. Are you prepared to offer educational discount?
